Welcome to my new website, IntelligentWebmasters.com. Throughout my webmaster career, I've heard so many useless buzzwords and seen so many poor websites that I finally decided that I had to do something about it. I had to show people how to create a decent, well-functioning website that fulfills its purpose, whether that's to earn money or to provide information. So many people clearly haven't sat down and worked out in their mind what it is that they are trying to do. Their minds are full of ideas and that clouds their judgement and prevents them from making clear rational decisions. And I don't blame them, for the first few years of my webmaster career, I was just like them. I made all the mistakes that I see happening over and over again. My advice comes from my experience, my experience comes from my mistakes. I've tried my best to learn from others while not getting taken in by get rich quick scams and other confidence tricks. Listed below are the absolutely essential articles, the ones that everyone should read as a minimum. If you are not following the advice in these articles, you are unlikely to get very far at all.
